I just spoke to customer support and showed them my proof of purchase and told them the issue with EA servers. I literally just got off of chat with an EA advisor, and provided my CD key, but the EA advisor stated since I bought it through Steam I'd have to contact Valve for a replacement copy to then register the game with Origin. Once your game is registered on Origin you will be able to redeem the content via the EA servers. Originally only Dead Space 3 was showing in Origin after having bought all 3 during the summer sale.
